Our Current Work
The Alistair
The Alistair, set to open in 2024, is designed as the first luxury rental project to open in Lancaster, PA. Constructed in a historical district, special consideration was paid to complement the community character. The project features amenities such as a fitness center and rooftop lounge while units contain name brand finishes including Caesarstone quartz counters and Samsung appliances.
