Matt Richards
Matt Richards is the founder of Bowery Development Co., a real estate investment firm focused on multifamily and mixed-use development in the NY, NJ, and PA region.
Prior to launching Bowery Development Co., Matt Richards was a partner and vice president of The Daten Group, a NYC based developer. While with Daten, Matt oversaw several largescale projects totaling over $250m in construction costs resulting in assets valued at over $330m. In total, he successfully developed and launched 391 apartments with Daten.
Matt received his M.S. in Real Estate Finance from New York University’s Schack Institute of Real Estate in 2015 and attended Lehigh University for undergraduate studies.
